Club Metro Freehold has become like a second home and I feel so at home. . The staff is friendly and supportive. The equipment is of great quality and variety... making me feel confident in reaching my goals. And the atmosphere iis setup for all to win. .Can't forget their healthy beverage bar. Yum!

1. Friendly staff - The front desk associates are always friendly, helpful and welcoming to all.
2. Cleanliness of facility - Cleaning staff does an exceptional job. Metro is generally neater and fresher-smelling :) than other gyms I've been to.
3. Equipment maintenance - Gym equipment is generally well-maintained and in good working order.

Very well equipped gym. Lots of free weights and machines. Great staff - Phil, Lisa and Julianna. They are always ready to help in any way they can. Members are very friendly - great vibe to this gym. If you are deciding on a gym to join - this is the one.

Clean Gym, safe environment, lots of free weights! You can sign up for classes. Both my children have been members for the past four years. I can’t say enough positive things about this particular gym. My son played football for the past four years and preferred training at club Metro over other gyms. A lot of the boys signed up behind him because he excelled with weight training due to the atmosphere at the gym. He enjoyed going every day and still does. It’s definitely one of the most personable gyms we have ever gone to. It’s also a very respectful gym. No drama at all. Just really great people who belong as members and the staff that run this gym are so nice.
