I have been going to doctor hicks for years now. She is a wonderful woman. She tries her best to explain everything to you and she is always doing what is best. Doctor Roberts is another lovely doctor. I have never had any issues with either of them. As far as the front desk complaints, in my experience I have not had any issues. There is a bit of wait time but they always take the most important patients first. Like because I'm not pregnant, I do wait longer because they do take pregnant woman in first but that is what I love about them. It shows they are compassionate and care about the people they take care of. I love woman to woman and I recommend them to everyone.
