  I feel unlocked.
  I feel unlocked physically, mentally, spiritually and I feel as though my potential has been unlocked as well. I did not realize how jammed up I was, in every sense of the word, until I finished my class.
  I have been practicing yoga, on and off, for over 30 years. It’s been a good year and a half to two years that I have not taken a yoga class. Based on how I feel now, I will never let that happen again.
  Kin Chi Yoga is amazing and life-changing in so many ways. The owner, Shellini, Makes you feel so valued and welcome. She treats you as if you are a long-lost friend and makes you feel so happy that you came. She meets you where you are and gently guides you through your practice, encouraging you and inspiring you to live your best life. Be prepared to feel lighter, happier, free and restored.
  I can’t wait to go back!

  Kin Chi Yoga is a game changer. Shelli runs this studio with her whole heart and soul. Her knowledge of practice is only bested by the genuine love and care she shows her students in her nest. My family and I could not ask for a better studio to practice and learn than Shelli and Kin Chi. Here’s to many more years of success and blessings.

  Beautiful studio with AMAZING people! Everyone from the owner to the students, is so welcoming, warm, and helpful. Kelsey’s warm yoga class was exactly what I was looking for as a first timer. If you’re like me and intimidated by the “warm” aspect, don’t be! I sweat A LOT and that was a big worry for me but the room was the perfect temperature and it had a beautiful vibe to it. You will sweat but you’ll feel wonderful about it. My body and mind are thanking me a lot at the moment. I honestly can’t wait to go back!

  I love coming to this place! The warm restorative yoga class helped me bounce back after running the NYC marathon and I've been trying as many new classes as possible!
  
  This place is a multi sensory experience btw. The lights, sounds, scents and everything you experience help you relax, decompress, and recover in a massively short amount.
  
  Guys: This is not your "typical" yoga studio and everyone here is super friendly. Plus some of us stay late and talk about racing cars and pro wrestling.

  I began at the nest in approximately early December and I was immediately welcomed in with open arms and actually have never felt more at home anywhere else. I try to take as many classes as I can per week because every class is uniquely amazing and every instructor I have taken classes with has been knowledgeable and loving and offers something different. I have taken classes at other places and nothing is quite like Kin Chi. It's honestly changed my life.
  
  The nest is a family and there's such a sense of community as soon as you walk in the door. The studio is beautiful, the energy is amazing, the instructors are incredible. Shelli and Kelsey are two of my favorite humans on earth. I can keep going on and on forever but you should really just experience it on your own! It's the best home away from home.
