This place is AWESOME! What a gem, and an amazing price! I am Airbnbing in the neighborhood and just happened upon this place so decided to hop in for a session.
My instructor was T. She was warm, fun, knowledgeable, and took the time to help me personally with some of the poses. She has awesome energy and I left feeling inspired and more connected. I've done hundreds of yoga classes and this was one of the best ones yet. Will definitely be coming back next time I'm around!
I love this studio so much. They have the most knowledgeable and enthusiastic teachers on the Jersey Shore. I should know, I’ve taken all of their instructors. Whether you’re a new yogi or someone who has been practicing for years, the YPK instructors teach to all levels. Unlike most studios, YPK offers a range of classes at a affordable rates. What a unique gem and local yoga community! The classes/ workshops are motivational, informative and well structured, while the teachers are highly skilled, consistent and super accessible to students. The space is bright, clean and always welcoming. After twenty years of practicing far and wide, from India to NYC to LA, I’m very happy to have such such a wonderful resource, so close to home. My favorite yoga studio. The teachers are excellent: refined in their craft and passionate about sharing their practice. YPK is not just a beautiful yoga studio, it’s a community. There is so much opportunity for outreach, service, and charity. There’s really no other place quite like this.
