We found Modern Goalkeeper Training when my daughter was just starting her first year playing 11v11. In the years since, John and his team transformed a brave, strong girl with good instincts into a polished goalkeeper who is confident in her goalkeeping skills and is able to be a true leader. By breaking down skills into small pieces, John assures his keepers learn good technique straight from the start. Each session, whether it be a 1v1 session or a group training program, builds upon the last. The process is designed so that kids feel successful and build confidence over time, no matter what their level of play is when they join. My daughter’s training at Modern has improved her technical and tactical skills and her soccer IQ, allowing her to advance from the town travel level to the highest level of youth soccer in New Jersey. John is a coach, an advisor, and a mentor to all the kids in his program, I highly recommend Modern Goalkeeper to any parent looking for the highest level of training for their child.
