My husband and I decided on using Ethan Allen to furnish our new living room. We are pleased in working with Ellen who I describe as patient, passionate, and professional when it comes to assessing, planning, and implementing the needs of costumers. I emphasize patience as I tend to take a considerable amount of time before I finalize a decision. However, she didn't rush the process.

Ellen's intentional and consistent communication has made the process of designing our living room that more pleasurable. We are looking forward to the finished product!

Upon entering this beautifully furnished showroom we were greeted at the front desk by a most gracious and friendly representative! Little did we know that Lisa, a most knowledgeable and savvy interior designer, would bring our vision to fruition!
Her extensive knowledge of the furniture available and expertise in interior design have made our purchase well worth the trip from Brooklyn!
What I admired, too, was her keen perception of my design ideas and colors and tapping into them. Lisa patiently showed us the many options available and made sure we liked all our choices.

Ethan Allen is synonymous with class and style but what truly made my experience special was Ellen Smith. Ellen is the only interior designer that my husband and I will trust. She is a consummate professional with an incredible eye. We have worked with Ellen on two occasions (our "Zen" family room and currently our living room) and she has keenly guided us and articulated our style brilliantly. She understands our budget requirements and provides various options. In addition, she ensures that the entire experience is as flawless as possible from design concept to installation, which we appreciate considerably. Ellen does it again! I am sitting on my new sectional in my new family room and I’m in love. This is the fourth room that I’ve completed with Ellen over the years and she never disappoints.
