Dr. Garrick A. Cox, MD - Orthopedic Surgeon

I had both shoulders operated on by Dr Garric Cox. My over all experience with Dr. G. Cox and staff at all four facilities I've visited were one in the same. The facilities were immaculate, the service, very professional.

To tell you how well the operation was, unfortunately, I fell on the the arm that was most recently operated on. I was scheduled to return to work. The original surgery was intact. I have new injuries which have to be repaired. I am confident, I will be ok. I am having physical theraphy at present, I am getting better day by day. I recommend North Jersey Orthopedic Group 100% to any one who is in need of this service.

I have been totally impressed with Dr. Cox and his wonderful caring staff from the first consultation ,surgery and recovery. Dr. Cox is a phenomenal surgeon. I also want to mention that Dr Cox never rushed my visit and he took the time to explain step by step what I can expect in this process. I had a complete recovery from a broken elbow and I am back to work again. You are in great hands by choosing Dr. Cox.

Dr Cox did my shoulder surgery. It was a clean out but necessary and he did a great job! Was able to use my arm very quickly and with minimal discomfort relatively speaking. The surgery process was very efficient, I felt well cared for and was sent home with the shoulder packed very well! Not to mention that Dr Cox has a great rapport with patients. He is straightforward, states the facts and gets on with it. I appreciate that! My husband used him for knee surgery recently which also went well. We've referred him to several of our friends since. Very happy to have found him!

My experience with Dr Cox was exceptional. He performed 2 rotator cuff surgeries and I could never be happier with the outcome. He's very personable and is always willing to explain things to any detail you desire. He explained to me the dominant methods of doing RC surgery and specific the on he uses and why. It was an awesome discussion. Of course, if you don't care about such details, no sweat, he won't bore you with it. 🙂. Excellent surgeon and awesome person.

My upmost respect to Dr. Cox. I had a torn meniscus and in 3 days I was walking on my own, no crutches, and very little pain. Dr. Cox told me exactly what was going to take place prior to the procedure; took all the time in the world to explain in detail the procedure and even the recovery process. He is very thorough, very accommodating, very compassionate, and just a good person. His has an excellent staff who are very helpful and excellent in communication. I highly recommend Dr. Cox!!!
