  I just took the 6 week challenge at Gravity Training Zone in Manalapan and loved it. I lost 28.2 pounds and it was honestly the easiest weight loss experience I have ever had. The program is super easy to follow with an abundant list of foods I could eat and prepare in my own way. The workouts were fun with supportive coaches along the way. They have a lot of resources and support so I never felt alone in this journey. Trust me it took me years to get to the point - 4 kids can do this to you but now it’s my time! Thanks Gravity Training Zone!!

  Hi I recently completed the 6 week challenge at GTZ Gravity Training Zone. It was a success and I exceeded my goals. Not only did I lose the weight and body fat but I totally changed my eating habits and diet. I couldn’t have done it all alone and both the community of members and coaches and instructors were very supportive. Instructors Kimberly and Frank were the best! They often modified exercises for me so I wouldn’t get hurt and were a source of knowledge and support. They really made I difference for me. So thanks GTZ for helping me!

  I had a great experience at Gravity Training Zone. The 6 week challenge provided a kickstart for better eating and exercise. The most benefit I got from this challenge was learning about nutrition planning and the importance of choosing the right food. The trainers were all wonderful and very supportive. I would recommend GTZ to anyone who is looking to get started on a regiment for a better healthier lifestyle.

  Great gym, I joined a couple months ago and have already lost pounds and gaining lean muscle. They have a great program and an excellent staff that constantly motivates you to reach your goals. This was the best decision and I am glad a found a place like this that holds you accountable yet pushes you to be your best.

  What a great program! The trainers and members were so welcoming and kind from the start! They truly cared about your progress and were so motivating. I learned so much more about the nutrition aspect as well, which was a big part in what I was looking for. They were also very great at accommodating to my needs as I have a knee injury. I recommend this program!
