Dr. R and his support staff are wonderful. I’ve done the program 3 times and learn more about myself and my relationship with food and how that transfers over to my health each time. We figure out which foods my body likes and which ones my body doesn’t like. This last round, I chose the year plan which helps me stay accountable. It allows me the extra follow up that helps me have more good days than bad ones. It’s a journey and I remind myself to be kind to myself; life happens sometimes and you just have to regroup and press on.

Great and supportive staff paired with a simple program. Lost 18 pounds in 21 days. My clothes fit better and I feel better. Best thing is, I’m not hungry! Excited to continue this journey and get myself healthier and happier!

I am a 61 year old male who had extremely high blood pressure, high cholesterol and I was in the worst physical condition of my life. Walking and getting out of a chair started to become difficult. Something needed to be done and fast. I decided on January 1st of 2022 to change my life and began my journey with the Thintech team. Dr R and team have not only provided me with the necessary tools, knowledge and supplements for a successful transformation, but they have also provided me with much needed emotional support and helped build my confidence to complete the journey successfully. Just about 1 year later I have lost over 90 pounds, lowered my blood pressure and cholesterol and most of all completely turned my life around. I am the thinnest I have been in my adult life. Crazy! I now have more energy and restored my physical abilities tremendously. I can now run and play with my grandson without limitation. So yes, life is beautiful. I want to give a special mention to the wonderful coach Jen. I could always count on her to turn my frown upside-down when things got a little difficult or I was feeling discouraged. Her advice is always right on target and always provides a feeling of hope and resolve. From the bottom of my heart I thank you Jen. I look forward to our continued journey now with the ThinTain maintenance program. So PLEASE… anyone reading this. If you are thinking about doing this program and need a change in your lifestyle, believe me when I say that this program works and Dr R and team are the people who can help you make it happen. I feel best when on program! The support you receive when going to Thintech is above and beyond. Kind, caring individuals who listen. I'm looking forward to doing program for my third time soon. Not because I haven't kept the weight I lost off but because I have new goals and looking forward to the detox benefits. If you follow the plan, you are sure to succeed. I have so much to say about my experience with ThinTech.... I will start saying that I recommend to anyone and everyone that is trying to live a healthier life loving yourself and accepting the fact that it is possible to be skinny and healthy.....Dr David Rendelstein is a very honest person. I did the program a year ago and I did not loose my 20 lbs...I was not able to come back for health reasons and I showed up after one year. He remembered me and acknowledged the situation and desided to do the right thing and gave me the program again at no extra charge...I admire what he did because he was not just after the money he cared about me and my health....Jenn my coach is amazing...everyday stayed with me making sure i would be on target....i lost 20 lbs in the 40 days and I feel amazing....the support the knowledge of the team goes beyond anyone's expectations.... I highly recommend Nutrimost but in reality if you dont have a support team like ThinTech weight loss....you will be lost!!! Thank you Dr R.
