  You get a great workout with personal coaching to help you reach personal goals. It's a fun box with excellent coaching. All members arr friendly, inspiring and ready to encourage you to become that better you.

  So far so good. Workouts are diverse and challenging. Trainers are helpful to give feedback/tips to improve one's performance. The gym crowd is friendly. The place isn't cheap, but worth the money in my opinion. It helps if you sign up for longer period. There are free lessons if you want to try this place.

  Such a nice community of people! Clean, lots of classes and knowledgeable teachers. Couldn't ask for anything more, except maybe for someone to do my workout for me.

  I love my CrossFit work outs and my Persist family! The coaches are so approachable and knowledgeable. They really are invested in each athlete. Everyone here is so supportive of each other - all skill levels and strengths!

  Not just a gym but great group of people that are like family. The coaches and trainers have created a supportive atmosphere that has allowed me to achieve a new personal best in physical fitness. Guidance from workouts to eating habits are part of the formula that equals results. Truly a great place to work out. Thanks Coaches
