I love the staff at All Page, Verizon in Middletown. In this day and age it is impossible to find informed customer service agents who are reliable, knowledgeable, and accountable. This staff, including Sal and Phil, are all of those things. I know if they resolve an issue that it is resolved, and if they give me advice, it's advice I can bank on.
