I’ve been working with Angela now since before the 2021 Holidays on my nutrition. After a questionable blood test, and just way too much body fat, I needed to make a change which is why I invested in nutritionist guidance. 5 months in, my diet has gone a complete transformation leading to fat loss, muscle build, and reduction in overall weight. But the icing on the cake was my recent follow up blood test showing a 30 point drop in bad cholesterol from 3 months ago. The results were so amazing that my doctor has decided against starting medication due to now reduced chances for heart problems. It’s taken hard work, dedication, and strong guidance from Angela to get here. Her plan works, and I highly recommend it.

I worked with Angela for 12 weeks to help me return to healthy eating habits. Over the 12 weeks I got stuck at a particular weight. Angela suggested several different things but nothing worked until I removed the gluten and dairy from my diet. Once I changed that part of my diet, the weight started coming off again. I was so happy that she didn't give up on trying to help me figure out a solution. Now I can try to figure out which of those two types of food are giving me the most trouble. I'm very thankful for Angela and would recommend her to anyone that wants to improve their nutrition.

I couldn’t be happier with the results I got from working with Salus!!!! Camilla was amazing! She set up a great sustainable program based off of what I was looking to for. I was given good tips on how to navigate weekends and parties. She would also check in on me throughout the week which really helped me stay on track. My performance in the gym has tremendously improved throughout the 12weeks. Just this week I pr’d two lifts I’ve been plateaued at for two+ years by 15lbs!!! Great program! I highly recommend it!

Coaches Angela and Camilla are extremely supportive in helping you reach your goal and sticking to it. I recently participated in an accountability challenge. It made me realize how small decisions throughout the day can add up in a way I never thought about before. They provide insight not only on eating a balanced diet but also emphasized taking care of yourself mentally and physically, which I really valued. Thanks girls you both are awesome!!
