Hot tub central took great care of us from the minute we walked in to the show room through delivery and start up at our home. Their knowledgeable staff listened to what we were looking for and walked us through all of the options. Zero “upselling” (in fact, talked us down from an upgraded option that they didn’t think fit our needs). Larry kept us updated throughout the manufacturing and delivery process and was at our home when the Hot Tub was delivered. He checked in on us through the electrician’s set up and called to walk us through the initial set up and water prep once we were ready to go. Had issues with the Hot Tub heater sensor not keeping the water to temperature. Concerned with the fridged weather we were having, I call Hot Tub Central for service. They promptly came out and fixed the issue. Great service. 👍

Fast, efficient and cost effective service for my old Jacuzzi. Service tech Ricardo was very knowledgeable and knew his stuff. Will use them in the future and recommend to friends and family.
