August was recommended by a friend from work. His vast knowledge base that stems from his years of practicing law lends to his confidence during proceedings. His level of calm and down to earth explanations of legal jargon when meeting with him, keeps you at ease. It’s like your part of his family. He doesn’t have a lot of staff, which keeps his prices affordable and means you have to check in with him a lot. However, all in all he’s gone above and beyond for me and my children to ensure that justice prevails in a timely fashion.

This man was God sent...He is straight up and then some. He not only knows the law but cares about people and the Court too...I cant say enough that in my time of need he provided the advice I needed to articulate my situa.tion and get results. Man deserves nothing but respect and praise...He is " salt to the earth"!!! Highly recommend if there were 10 stars I would give it...No Bull..

After being milked by another local attorney who actually I have "heard" had a good reputation in criminal law but as far as handling my divorce case, only wait to describe. It was a disaster and taking advantage of financially. I went a whole year repeating myself with the same information he requested that I already had given him. I was married with no children for 11 years, had no assets (but pension issues) And me being on permanent disability since the day he married me. I felt like I was dealing with criminals who were just taking money and not doing their job As they promised and were paid to do. I know realize fancy offices and fancy vocabulary doesn't necessarily mean you're a good attorney or good at anything in particular at that. The man upstairs must have guided me into Mr. Landi's office, as he was the only attorney I could get to pick up my other attorney's "MESS" & who I "trusted" As I didn't know him personally but knew him as a business resident of Ocean Township... And my parents who had been local business owners for years, I trusted they would treat people as my parents did And boy was I wrong!!! I mistakenly retained this firm (he also located on highway 35 In Ocean Township) & who drained me out of $13,000 or more to still be in limbo & with no support from my husband & My husband totally ignoring The legal mediation agreement signed and paid for with both attorneys present. My attorney at the time did not enforce any of my present husbands violations. This past attorney of mine never took my husband to court once, were filed for any emotions for these violations . They did BILL ME & I not only paid it by mail. I would drive and hand them a check to reassure them that I was responsible to pay them in full for any bills I received by them and I expected the same from them and looking out in representing me to the fullest. BIG mistake on my part as they did not fulfill their promise at all and still have the nerve to send me a final bill after releasing them as my attorney when I found Mr. Landi. When I found Mr. Landi, Not only was he professional & completely understanding, He had the other attorney release my file & took substitution of attorney & within three visits with Mr. Landi & at more than reasonable price. I was FINALLY divorced within a month after waiting almost a whole year with this other jokester & his firm. Mr. Landi acted on my Case immediately & professionally & with care handling my case. All I could say is shame on the other attorney, & I refuse to be bullied and intimidated by them by them sending me continuous final bill, I am not done with them yet and they're poor representation In my case! They took advantage of a disabled 60 year old woman. Again, I cannot express my sincere appreciation & all I can say is THANK YOU Mr. Landi

August was the voice of calm, reason and reassurance during my divorce, and again, six years later when sorting college expenses with my ex-husband. Thanks to August, my divorce was respectful and relatively low stress. He is all about family and doing right by the kids. Costs are reasonable.
