  I worked with Jonathan on my fear of needles and getting blood drawn after repeated bad experiences in doctors surgeries - fainting during the procedure, worrying for days before, feeling ill and bruising after they finally managed to draw blood (if they could at all!). He worked with me for three sessions only and then gave me the recording to listen to at home, which I did regularly. When I came to need a number of blood tests (7 vials full of blood) I was still a little apprehensive but did everything he had taught me, and felt absolutely fine. I didn't bruise after, in fact, I couldn't even see where the needle had gone in because my body was so calm. I was so excited afterwards (as he told me I would be!) because I genuinely thought this would be a silly fear I'd have for the rest of my life (I've had it since I was a kid).
  
  Since then, I've had to have multiple blood tests and have been fine each time, even when I haven't expected them and haven't been able to plan ahead - to me this was the true torture test, to see how I did when I didn't have time to listen to the recording the night before, and I have been fine!
  
  Jonathan is great because he puts you at ease immediately, he is extremely professional and personable at the same time, and I trusted him 100%. He manages expectations and tells you it's not a magic bullet but something you have to practice too - that's why his recording has been so great for me.
  
  Can't recommend him enough!

  In short, Jonathan changed my life for the better after I suffered months of depression. He is professional, absolutely trust worthy and highly experienced. I was sceptical about hypnotherapy but thank God he proved me wrong. If you need any help, you should see Jonathan. I cannot recommend anyone more highly.

  .I am totally amazed that just after four consultations I have kicked my nail biting habit, that is a habit of 40 years gone in 4 hourly sessions! I believe that Jonathan at the Hypnosis Clinic can help anybody with any habit, addiction, problem or condition. I have had hypnotherapy in London
  and Jonathan's skills are the best I have even encountered. After the first session I stopped biting my nails and I became aware of when, how and why I was doing this. My mind started working with me and not against me and it has been amazing learning experience.
  
  Having attended the Hypnosis Clinic has not only helped me with nail biting but also I now manage stress much better. I am calmer, happier and much more confident. In that respect I would recommend it to anybody as we can all do with less stress and more confidence and general well being. I found the whole experience relaxing and professional. After every session I felt healthier,
  calmer and ready to face all the challenges of life.

  My partner and I attended a self-hypnosis course with Jonathan 2 years ago and we absolutely loved it!
  We learned so much about how the unconscious mind works as well as how the language we use every day has a massive influence on the way we think and the life we live.
  Jonathan is a very professional hypnotherapist, his experience and knowledge in the field of hypnosis is immense. It does take less than a minute to immediately feel connected and comfortable with him. Jonathan is also very approachable and genuinely committed to help people to improve their life.

  I met Jonathan a few years ago while he was practicing in Singapore. I had a wonderful experience with him. He is everything you would want in a hypnotherapist. He is caring, sincere, present, and very competent. It shows that he truly loves what he does and loves to help people. I would not hesitate to go see him and experience what he has to offer! I am glad I did.
