Shrewsbury Carwash, Quick Lube & Detail Center

I had my oil changed and car serviced and I have to say these guys were very professional and did a great job also in a timely manner. Unfortunately I hate to say this but I don't recommend there car washing services they left my back windows down and had my inside soaked with polish soap and water and with another vehicle they broke the stereo power/volume knob and didn't compensate anything for the damages.

Best place to get your car washed. The facility is clean. They have Great customer service and they get you in and out in no time. They have excellent teamwork!

Walked in and scheduled an interior detail for my grandmother's car for the next week. The morning of, there was some miscommunication about the time it would take, and since I had stated I'd be waiting for it and it was early in the morning (for me), I admit to being a little grumpy. Not a problem AT ALL for Jessica at the front desk! This incredible employee made sure the guys in the back knew the situation, made EXTRA super sure I was comfortable and REALLY went the extra mile. My favorite part about her was that I never felt patronized or felt specially catered to, because she treated literally every customer who I saw walk through the doors in 90 minutes the exact same way. No one was safe from her amazing kindness and service! On top of that she was darting all over the store taking care of every little detail and she did it without making a single thing look or feel rushed. Thank you for making my day Jessica! :)

Oh and yes, the detail done to my grandmother's car was top notch too, as expected of this place. She was very happy with her baby coming back nice and clean.
