Needed a police report and the officer was respectful throughout the encounter. What really surprised me was when I called for their records department, and the lady (thanks Jessica!) called me back via the missed call (I did not leave a message). Comparatively to the Police Departments I have been in and around NYC, this was night and day. It's good that a police department can provide adequate administrative service to those who they are suppose to protect and serve.
