  Fantastic group of people to work with. As a first timer, I have to be honest that I wasn't entirely certain what I was getting into. Diane and her team (specifically Diane, Suzanne, and Cathy) guided me through it all. They provided excellent recommendations for attorney, inspector, and every other professional you may need to get the job done. The team's extensive knowledge and network helped me find a great house in Brick which checked off all the boxes, and walked me through the process from start to finish. Everyone I worked with was friendly, personable, and had my best interests in mind. Absolutely the best team to recruit if you want to find the property that fits you best.

  Diane and her team were knowledgeable, patient and extremely helpful in the process of finding and purchasing our first home in Farmingdale. From the actual negotiation process with the sellers, to providing the best options for an attorney, mortgage brokerage, home inspector and home owner’s insurance, they made a complicated undertaking as easy as possible. They even went the extra mile and provided us a specialized list for our specific area for starting the utilities in our name, as well as their recommendations for a locksmith and cleaning services.   Diane and her team were wonderful to work with! We were working with her in sea girt and found her to be an expert in the area. She was very attentive to our needs while working hard to get us exactly what we wanted. Highly recommend her for her skills, knowledge, and professionalism, but the most important was her kindness and passion for our needs.
