Preferred Care At Wall

I want to thank the Nursing staff for taking care of my husband! you guys were amazing, the therapist were so caring and helped my husband walk again! Preferred Care is a very clean and caring place!

I have been in so many facilities. Preferred Care at Wall is the best. The environment is so loving and caring. They have the best staff. I would highly recommend preffered care.

For the past six months, my mother has been a resident at Preferred Care at Wall. The entire staff has treated my mother with excellent care and compassion. The hard working nurses and aides have accommodated with her medical needs. The kitchen staff goes above and beyond to make sure she is fed properly. The recreational department always has constant activities and games to play, which keeps everyone's minds engaged. From the family picnic, bingo, pizza parties, musicians, Sunday services and even a Hawaiian Luau, their daily activities never stop!

My mother recently received brand new furniture in her room, which made her very happy! Her room is always kept clean as well, as the rest of the facility.

Most importantly, because of my mother's inability to be mobile, Mike and his Physical Therapy staff have taken a concentrated effort to focus on gaining her strength back.

Karen and her staff have been there for us since day 1 and has never disappointed us.

At the end of each day, we leave knowing she is in the best of care.

I’m usually not the one to write reviews online. I had my doubts about putting my loved one into a facility about two years ago. A friend convinced me to try preferred care at wall. He had a family member there and she loves it there and loves the staff. I decided to give it a try. I could not have been more right. They take great care of my dad and I can’t thank them enough. The staff loves him and they treat him as if he were family. It’s now two years later and I’m putting another family member there.
Thank You to the whole Preferred Care team!! Keep up the great work!

Preferred Care At Wall was such a phenomenal place for my mom. From the caring staff to the great accommodations preferred really goes out of their way to do even the small things right. They always kept our family in the loop and we always felt that she was in great hands. The administration is great with great communication all around. My mom had been in a couple of homes in the area before Preferred Care and they don't come close to the care and hospitality of Preferred Care. I would highly recommend Preferred Care to anyone with a loved one who needs a nursing home.
