Shopping at Buy Buy Baby for a baby shower gift was more enjoyable than expected.. The task was made easy by the baby registry sales consultant, Erika who was beyond helpful and knowledgeable.

Erica went above and beyond to help me find compatible ring and nipple for the bottles I had and suggested other products I had questions on.

My mother and I went to BuyBuyBaby in West Long Branch and were overwhelmed with the kindness and generosity we were greeted with from the moment we stepped inside. We were looking at strollers and were approached by a sales associate and a manager who were so extremely knowledgeable and helpful with not just the strollers, but all items we were looking for. A huge thank you to Sophia, from Peg Perego, April, and the stores manager and visiting manager from Paramus for making both myself and my mother so comfortable shopping and for the tremendous amount of help you provided. I could not recommend coming to shop at this store more!

I had a great experience yesterday. In my lunch hour I had to rush to this Buy Buy Baby location to pick up a list of items, and it was only my second time in the store and was nervous about having enough time to find everything. As I was standing in the store probably looking lost, two young store employees passed me then stopped in their tracks a few feet away, turned around and asked if I needed help. I was so grateful that they made themselves available, because I did need help. One of the young men actually ended up walking with me to show the different areas that I needed items from, and he even went back to grab something that we passed while I was taking care of the other items on my list.

Checkout was quick, and most items on my list were available. They were low on the diapers, but all the other things they were well stocked on. I made it in and out of the store in less than 20 minutes! Thank you!
