The Body Shoppe NJ

I have been working out at the Body Shoppe for 8 months and I have found my fitness and overall well-being has improved significantly from where I was to where I am now. Jamie and his team of trainers have tailored a personal training program that has steadily, but surely increased my stamina and strength. The atmosphere is fun (good music and stupid jokes) but also very serious in making sure I am accomplishing the personal goals I have outlined for my fitness expectations. Jamie makes sure he mixes up my personal training program to keep it fresh but challenging. Thanks Jamie!

I joined the Body Shoppe several months ago seeking to increase my fitness level. While I exercise regularly, I wanted a group experience to motivate me and push to higher goals. The Body Shoppe has met those expectations and more. The group classes offer a challenging workout in a supportive environment and allow each participant to work at their own capacity. They have become like an extended family to me!

I joined the Body Shoppe a little over a month ago, and I am so happy that I did! Fran and Jamie have created an amazing business together. They offer a variety of classes that are challenging, yet fun at the same time! I have also worked with Jamie in some personal training sessions, which were great as well. He is fully engaged in that 45 minutes being “ my time” which I believe to be important in a personal training session. The vibe of the gym has been one of my most favorite parts! The owners and members are all welcoming, friendly, encouraging, and fun! This gym has been amazing for my mind, body and soul! Positive energy all around!!

I've been a member since 2020 and STILL look forward to going every.single.week. Fran and Jamie are extremely welcoming and make you feel at home every time you walk through the Shoppe doors. Fran's classes are amazing. She incorporates a perfect mix of both weights and cardio into every class, resulting in one hell of a workout! Between taking Fran's classes and personal training with Jamie, I'm in good hands and have never felt better. Jamie is also an incredible trainer, and beyond knowledgeable in this field. His sessions are always challenging and fun yet, never one in the same. Jamie and Fran both do an amazing job of challenging me and I've never worked harder, felt better/stronger or have been more proud of my results.
I Highly recommend the Body Shoppe if you're looking for an extremely motivating, fun, clean and supportive environment.

I have been working out at The Body Shoppe now for a little over a year and I absolutely LOVE it! I cannot express more about how welcoming the staff is - Jamie and Fran make you feel like one of their own family members. Something I also cannot stress enough is how good the workouts are.

Whether you are doing PT or group HITT workouts the burn you feel from each one of the 45 minute classes is unmatched. The gym also recently started offering Step classes and Kickboxing which are also so much fun and a fantastic calorie burner!
