Charles is a BLAST and great at what he does. I was a guy who went to the barber and often had to wait over an hour on a busy Saturday morning for a 5 minute hair cut. With Charles I make an 7AM weekday appointment and get a true hair cut--- no buzzers used and I get his full attention and friendship while in the chair.
