I have been suffering from a herniated disc in my lower spine for about a year now (mind you I am 22 yrs old). The pain in my back was awful, making it difficult to stand, walk and drive in the car. I also had intense pain in my sciatic nerve causing a numbness/tingling all the way down my leg. For months, I visited orthopedic doctors, spinal surgeons, physical therapists, massage therapists, chiropractors, you name it. I was spending a lot of time and money on treatments that were getting me nowhere. The doctors told me that I had exhausted conservative methods and my only option left was surgery. At 22, back surgery is the last thing I should be worrying about. Then I came across Holistic Wellness Network. After reading people's reviews, I set up an appointment and figured I'd give it a try.
After just ONE appointment with John, I walked out with zero pain in my lower back, I could not stop smiling! I haven't felt this good in so long! I have been back for a few more appointments to help clear up the pain in my leg and every time I walk out, I feel like a million bucks. John is amazing!!! I was beginning to lose hope but John took away my pain and showed me that there is an end in sight to all of this.
