I am so my wife found Dr. Klein and change my insurance to him. I have gone to him at least four times and consistently, I am in the chair give or take 10 minutes from my appointment time. A few weeks ago I received a call from his assistance stating that they are running behind and to come a little later. I have never had an office call me in advance to tell me that they are running behind. I usually hear that when I am already waiting. He is thorough and has done great work in restoring my teeth. His practice is run efficiently and effectively.
Dr. Klein is excellent. He offered to help me with some Aetna issues and he fit me into his schedule right away. He was able to buff out some staining during my cleaning and my teeth look great. He mentioned he doesn’t read online reviews but in case he sees this- a big thank you to you and your staff!
All my family members including myself are patients of Dr.Klein. He ensures we get our routine cleaning and checkups. He is flexible in scheduling appointments and a pleasure to work with.
