  Raul arrived to do a routine heater tune up, walked me through the entire process, showed pointers on homeowner maintenance and was extremely thorough. He was very knowledgeable, courteous and respectful of the house. Through Raul’s meticulous process, he discovered and showed me a few potential future problems that we took care of now. Overall very satisfied.

  I have used Russo brothers before and have always found the service to be excellent. From the courtesy call letting me know the approximate time the technician would arrive to the completion of the job the service was excellent.
  
  This is the second time Keith the tech was my service provider. He did a great job, thorough, informative, neat, and certainly inspired confidence he could proficiently get the job done.
  
  I’ll call Russo brothers again for all my plumbing needs.

  Xavier & Nigel of Russo Bros. & Co. came to install my new oven today. They were the best! On time from the scheduled appointment, super conscientious of protecting my floors while removing the old stove and replacing it with the new stove. They were both friendly, funny and engaged in conversation. Great customer service and attention to detail. Great technicians and an asset to Russo Bros! Job well done.

  Excellent work by Nick. C. once again. He is courteous, explains everything he does, shows pictures of finished results, uses our coupons and is a great asset to Russo Bros and Company. They are a great company and we have been doing business with them for about 25 years now. Always pleased.

  We use Russo Bros for our heating because the previous home owners used them to install the entire unit and plumbing. That being said we are happy with them but they are VERY expensive and ALWAYS try to up-sell you, suggest extra work and get you to sign a maintenance agreement.
  The tech, Nick C., has been here twice now in the past two years and is a very nice person, efficient and respects your home. We haven’t had any issues since we have had him come yearly so he must know what he’s doing as well. I would actually suggest asking for him when you schedule an appointment.
