Glassdoor ratings at Family First Life were very, very high(4.7) so I had to apply to the company to validate the hype. One comment in particular stood out to me which was "The IMO for the agents" title in one of the posts. This is very true this company provides the vehicle for success and you just need to steer and follow the path laid from the past/current successful producers. If you don't make money here it's only your own fault.
