I have been going to Doctor Ross for about 20
years. I would not trust my eye care or eye health to anyone else. Absolutely love him and Karen. They are both professional, but still fun and caring. I always know I am getting the best care and treatment when I go there.
I love Dr. Ross. He's been seeing me as a patient for the past few years. He is kind, thorough, and has a great sense of humor. Karen, his wife, who runs the front desk is also lovely. 10/10 recommend!
Dr Ross was very professional . Took the time to answer all my questions. Was extremely thorough and courteous. Mrs Ross was pleasant and helped me choose my frames, had all my Ins papers ready to be signed. Very pleasant experience.
Dr. Ross is very patient, he really took time to examine unlike other doctors I had. The lady ( staff) was so helpful, she let me choose my frame without rushing and gave me her opinion on how I look when I tried them (which is really sweet). I will never have to worry to change my doctor. Excellent people!
