  Highly recommend Jay and Individual PT! At the age of 24, my training for a half marathon resulted in numerous injuries including a torn hip labral tear and plantar fasciitis. With the dedication and work of Jay, I was still able to cross the finish line and complete my first race! Jay is extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He spends a lot of time with his patients making sure that they fully understand their injury and plan for progression. Through humor and friendly conversation, Jay makes coming to PT enjoyable and fun while maintaining a positive attitude throughout your entire episode of care! Thank you again Jay for helping me reach my goals! :)

  Jay truly goes above and beyond with caring for his patients! Jay at Individual Care doesn’t treat multiple patients at the same time, he gets to know you and your lifestlye to treat not only the immediate pain but other contributing factors. I went to Jay after months of failed therapy over at one of the those big name chain therapy office- where I never saw the same therapist and got no consistency in my care. Months after my accessory navicular surgery on my ankle, I was still in pain and not getting better so my doctor recommended I switch physical therapists. I’m glad I did and that I’m I met Jay!

  I have been in and out of physical therapy for the past 38 years ranging from three ACL,MCL,rotator cuff surgeries to minor sprain‘s, back, ankle and neck injuries.
  
  Obviously I’ve been in physical therapy more than I care to admit. In all my years of going to PT I have never had anyone treat me like Jay. He treats you like an individual from day one and that treatment continues throughout your sessions. Unlike other Pt sessions he is constantly accessing your progress. He stays one on one continuously.
  
  In the past I have experienced other therapist trying to access too many patients at one time losing the one on one and feeling like I was in a puppy mill.
  
  Jay also goes out of his way when you are in pain and fits you in. You crawl in and skip out......Ok maybe walk out.
  
  Bottom line you will never find a more devoted, kind, caring therapist who will give you 110%

  While I was pregnant with my daughter, I had developed back pain that made it difficult to even walk. Dr Neiswinter completed a comprehensive examination and within one session had my pain 90% gone! I visited his practice a few times during my pregnancy for adjustments and corrections. During each treatment he was caring, professional and thoughtful to my situation. He is my go to PT when something is wrong. I highly recommend Dr Neiswinter!

  I am a Physical Therapist myself and I could not figure out what was wrong with my back. Within 15min of working with Dr. Neiswinter he had a diagnosis for me as well as a treatment plan. Since that time ive been able to return to sports and exercise pain free. Thanks Dr. Neiswinter
