Self Defense 4 ALL - KRAV MAGA

I joined with my daughters about a year ago so we could learn self-defense. Krav offers a practical, real world framework for self defense. SD4A/FKRM is a great environment to learn it and Goncalo is a passionate and experienced instructor. The group classes include folks with different skill levels (inexperienced to very experienced), ages (early teens to older adults, including yours truly) and body types, which makes for a supportive and dynamic environment. Expect to be pushed (respectfully and with appropriate support) - we are learning how to protect our lives and those of our loved ones, after all. Very importantly, there will be a focus on the mental as well the physical - situational awareness, de-escalation and, when that fails, explosive defense.

Come and try a class, you will walk away with important defensive knowledge and catch the Krav bug!

Goncalo’ is an instructor that really knows and understands his craft. Your able to feel his passion for self defense in all of his classes. If your looking to understand the basics or even advance in your martial arts journey I would really recommend to come to his class and feel it for yourself.

I've trained here for about 3 months and the things I've learned n covered in that short space of time is amazing.
