Great service hands down. Called at 2pm, they test drove my car and had it up to see if they could find the issues they heard. By 4pm I knew what the issue was and the cost. I had my car back by 5pm the next day. Freakin amazing! All the while the level of customer service never dipped. They also helped me understand an issue I've had with the car since I purchased it that Honda either wouldn't or couldn't diagnose. This will continue to be my go to shop for my car!

I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Ritchie is the best. Caring, personable, accommodating. And best of all, honest and fair when it comes to pricing. He’s busy, but will get you in. I’ve spent decades elsewhere being overcharged, encouraged to do repairs not needed etc. It won’t happen to you here.

Richie Rumbello's shop has been repairing Cars & Trucks at this location almost 30 years. That in it self indicates a true professional operation. Friendly, honest, punctual. They use only New Factory parts, never a cheap rebuilt replacement unless availability makes it absolutely necessary. Automobile brand specific Oils & even anti-freeze are used when required by Manufacturer.
4 Mechanics (and Richie) in a shop with just 2 lifts indicates just how good they are. They have replaced Timing belts on my 2 vehicles plus window motor on Audi. brakes, rotors.....they do everything on all makes (except BMW'S). I travel 10 miles there. These guys are "my Mechanics,". They also repair my 80 year old Buick.

My best auto repair experience ever. Did not over sell and found the problem to be a much less expensive issue then the dealership told me. Richie called and explained everything without talking over my head. Everyone was pleasant to talk to. This is a great group of people.

Rumbello is the best mechanic shop I've ever been to (with a 2001 BMW with over 300k miles I've been to a lot!) They are honest and do great work. Everything from an oil change to my car is making this weird noise to o2 sensors. Even my serpentine belt and fixing the cable that opens my hood! The prices are unbeatable and the quality is unmatchable! I will never take my car anywhere else!
