Service and treatment was 5 stars, but the fact that some of the equipment was not working and having problems has led me to give 4 stars for overall experience.
Jenna is excellent. Scheduling very easy and convenient times. The PT is making a difference.
The staff is very friendly and very knowledgeable. They take the time to answer any questions you may have and walk you through each exercise. Jenna is an amazing therapist. I started to feel better after the first week.
Well trained and friendly staff, and the manager was the same as the last time I needed therapy. The continuity was comforting. The therapists actually listen to your feedback and alter the therapy accordingly. In just 8 visits my sore knee was vastly improved. I highly recommend this facility.
Staff is very knowledgeable and so kind. They worked at a pace that I was comfortable with and always showed concern during therapy. I would absolutely recommend Kessler to anyone who needs therapy.
