I think that Ava is a great therapist. I saw her- in the first two hours, she has insight that none of my other therapists thought of. In the first five sessions, she is really trying to hit to the root of my problems and seeing change. Ava knows how to modify the DBT or RODBT skills exactly to fit to the client. I would recommend Ava to anyone seeking DBT or RODBT. Ava is $175/hr but totally worth it!
