(December 30, 2020, 1:59 pm)I am so thankful for Malika! She is so responsive, reliable, proactive, and goes above and beyond to make her customers know that they matter! I have been lucky enough to get her on the phone multiple times. Each time she unknowingly makes magic happen. Within customer service this is extremely hard to find and even more difficult to maintain. After this most recent load that needed to reach us prior to closing for the holidays, I made it a point to ask how I could return the favor. :)

(July 15, 2020, 11:32 am)Donna is a rockstar, I had a problem where 3 other estes reps could not figure out and Donna got it taken care of within 15 mins. Highly recommend her! My star rating is for Donna, not the terminal itself as they caused the problems.
