Being new to Morris County from Bergen County where I had two good jeweler friends, but I very much believe in supporting local business, I stumbled on Aires Jeweler caught my eye as I drove down Route 10. I’m extremely particular and knew what I was looking for. The saleswoman who helped me, Christine, was beyond gracious and so importantly, knowledgeable and patient. Once I found and purchased my gift, I glanced at a few other pieces which Christine was happy to show me even though I said, Nono, I’m not buying yet. A thing missing in retail today is SERVICE! Service is such an outstanding factor in business. People who remember your name (they did). A great, iconic collection.

Aires Jewelers is amazing! I’ve been to many jewelers before, but Aires is a completely different experience. They truly care about you and take time to get to know you. Lynn Holden is the best and such a sweetheart. We originally got my engagement ring reset there and had such a good experience that we bought our wedding bands there too. Lynn helped me customize my dream wedding band! We will never go to another Jeweler!! We highly recommend you all to go here!

Christine and the rest of the staff were so helpful and kind. They made shopping for the perfect ring so easy and it came out more incredible than I could have ever imagined. Their jewelry is so diverse and their expertise helped tremendously when narrowing down everything I needed/wanted (and within budget). I highly recommend Aires Jewelers for those who were as lost as I was when I started the engagement ring process. Thank you Christine and the rest of the staff for everything you do. Going through the process of finding the perfect engagement ring is daunting. Especially when you're trying to make it a surprise....and even more so when you're looking for a custom piece! Christine and the team at Aires Jewelers made the process of finding the right stone and designing the setting so wonderful. Christine was so easy to work with and if it wasn't for her help and knowledge the ring I had in my mind would not have become a reality. The ring is everything I hoped for and much more! My fiancee is absolutely in love with it! And what made me feel even more at ease during the process was that everything is done right there on premesis. From the CAD rendering to the finished product. I even got to shake the hand of the man who actually, physically made it which was very important to me! I can't say enough good things about this place! I will recommend them to anyone and everyone!

Have been going to Aires for many years, even have memories of going to their quaint little store "back in the day." They have repaired, maintained, and created personal pieces for me and my family and have always had a positive experience. As before, so today - their service is just as brilliant as the jewelry they sell. I've recommended family and friends through out the years and they are still my go-to jeweler in the area.
