(August 8, 2018, 8:48 am)Went for an oil change. I had to wait 20 mins for our turn when they call it a 10 minute job. With kids in the car it was a pain to wait. However once they started, the service was prompt and the mechanic was friendly. They recommended other services but there was no pressure selling. Will go again.

I told him that the web site says they do it and I called, but he didn't seem to care. I then took it to my father who changed it in about 10 minutes. What a waste of time going to Lube Plus. I almost want to say it's false advertising on their web site and lazy employees who will make up an excuse to not do it.
