Dr. Marco L. Fernandez

I can't say enough good things about this dentist and his staff. I called his office on Friday and was on a day they don't see patients. I explained to Karen that I was in the ER the night before with excruciating tooth pain and for my own sanity I needed to have a tooth pulled asap. She told me she would call me right back. I have never seen this dentist before and to be honest I wasn't expecting her to call. She called me back about 10 mins later and told me to come in at 2:30 and the dentist would come in to see me, I was shocked and extremely grateful. I have an insane fear of the dentist and was a nervous wreck, I have had the worst experiences ever with "butcher" dentists and I explained all of that while I was there. The dentist and staff put my mind at ease and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. I was there about an hr and a half as the tooth was a hard one to pull, and I can honestly say my fear for dentists is completely gone now that I was in the care of an amazing one!

For many years I suffered with awful anxiety about going to the dentist until I started going to Advanced family dentistry. Patty, the hygienist, is so kind, patient and light handed that I left not only with clean teeth but also actually looking forward to my next visit in 6 months. Dr. Fernandez reviewed my xrays and explained everything so clearly that I actually understood what he was showing me. The front desk staff Jane & Karen, are knowledgeable, and funny yet still very professional. They went above and beyond to contact my insurance company and to explain my dental benefits to me. The office is clean, organized and they are on time. Not only will I be returning to Dr. Fernandez's office but I will surely recommend them to friends, family and co-workers. Oh and the large fish aquarium in the waiting room is not only beautiful but very soothing.
