  This is not my first time buying a car at Crestmont Toyota. Each experience has been straightforward, and it's been getting better easier every time.
  
  The salesman, Andy B., is very helpful. He knows much about each car.
  
  The sales manager, Rich C., job is to get the deal done, but he does it in a very pleasant manner.
  
  Having dealt with other dealerships in the past this is the place I go to when I have the need for a new car.

  Collie Thomas is the man... Thank You for helping me purchase a beautiful vehicle. I put my trust in you and you delivered. I would definitely go back to Crestmont.   Professional service! I always have good experience every time I take my car for service. The follow-up phone call is always nice making sure everything was okay. I had my tires rotated and when I drove away, one of the wheel caps came off. I told them and they replaced it for me! Thank you very much. Definitely the best service! I got my two Toyota from Crestmont and happy with them. I know where to go next time I need a new car or family and friends, will tell them to check out Crestmont Toyota!

  I have taken my 2004 Corolla to Crestmont Toyota since I purchased it here in August of 2003. I now have other Toyota dealerships closer to my current home that would be much more convenient to go to, but I don't trust them like I trust Crestmont.
  The receptionists have always been so kind, knowledgeable and easy to deal with.
  I have repeatedly found the service department to be honest and upfront about what needs to be done with my car. In the past year I've dealt with Roger, and my current adviser is Bob (my car is there until Tuesday). But no matter who I talk to in service, I know that I will be taken care of, without needless repairs aimed at cleaning out my bank account.
  I also want to recognize Melissa in rentals, who always puts me in such gorgeous loaner cars. Right now I'm in a 2018 Corolla and I keep telling her that she can keep my car to use for rentals when it's finished being repaired and we'll do an even trade, but she doesn't seem interested in my fantastic idea! She, like the service department, is absolutely awesome at what she does and just so nice to deal with.
  If you need your Toyota serviced, please look no further than Crestmont. You won't regret it.
