First time I ever needed a part and they had it, a battery for my key-fob for my Jeep. When in and was out very quickly and they put it in for me. Staff was very nice at the parts counter that helped me.

I had a problem with my Navigation. GPS not working. I brought it in. They felt it needed software update. When they did the update, it locked up the device. It would not shut off. They owned the outcome and ordered new entertainment cluster. But it was back ordered for 1 month. The screen would not shut off. After 2 days the battery died on me. I had it towed via Roadside Assistance that I did not know I had but was told by the service dept rep. I told them I could not go without my car for 1 mo. The manager called the parts supplier and talked them into sending it right away. They installed it and I have my car. It did not cost me anything. And when I was leaving they found a screw imbedded in my tire and they fixed it right then and there. That it excellent customer service. I was totally impressed.
