  This is a great store and I really like it, but a busy Thursday afternoon, only two cashiers on the regular check out and the self checkout sucks. You have to take everything out of your cart and place it on the checkout tray and then put it all back in the cart instead of just scanning and placing it back in the cart. On top of that I bought a shirt, it has the security tag on it, which I didn't see until I got home, there is no one to take it off at self checkout and apparently the security tags don't work because I paid and left and no alarm. So now I have to go back to the store that is 10 miles away, to have the security tag removed.

  The lady at the door who checks the receipts has a pretty nasty disposition. She says hello loud and obnoxious, as though friendly, but the minute she has to do more than draw a line through a receipt she gets nasty. I used the scan and go option in the app. She took her time getting up and wad annoyed that she had to actually check my cart. I didn't know that everything needed to be rescanned. When I asked her about it, noting scan and go isn't a faster process, she was really nasty in responding, "no, you are just holding up the line." Maybe, but it also could have been her slow pace and annoyance to do her job.

  Nice and clean BJ club
  Very organized isles and shelves loaded with groceries and items
  
  Many items on sale and they also take coupon’s
  
  Many lines to check out and also offer self check out
  
  Tire center is also very nice and clean .

  What's great: Online coupons and pickup/delivery. Why fight the crowds and people pushing animals in their carts when you can just order stuff online & pick it up outside the store? Plus, the online coupon page helps you browse & order items that are on sale. And their cookies - fantastic when heated up for just a few minutes on a George Foreman grill. Some of the best store-bought cookies I've eaten.
  
  What's awful: The website doesn't allow you to remain signed in on your home computer and logs off after a few minutes which is just aggravating. First world probs, I know. But there's really no reason why they can't fix this.
  
  What's good: Prices and quality. Sometimes you'll get really great deals, but on average you'll simply get good stuff at a good price.

  We shop at BJ's weekly. They have many of our regular items at good prices. They also carry a few items were can't find elsewhere. Watch the coupons-they have some good deals. The store is always clean and the staff courteous. You still need to be a wise shopper. Occasionly, you can find things more cheaply elsewhere.
