(October 19, 2018, 4:13 pm)We called up Bertoli plumbing when we noticed that we had a leak in our kitchen ceiling. I had the pleasure of speaking with the owner Mark and also the secretary Eileen who were both extremely helpful in setting up an appointment quickly for us. (When we noticed this leak I was 39 weeks pregnant so timing was critical!!!!)
Bertoli plumbing had someone at our house early the next morning to take a look at the problem. When it was discovered that our toilet was leaking sewer water they immediately shut off the water, recommended, and called a water remediation company that could come and fix the problem.
The plumber, Ted, was helpful, honest, & took the time to explain exactly what was happening and what our next steps would be in repairing the water & plumbing. Ted recommended that we look to replace the leaking toilet and gave recommendations on the best types. While giving recommendations he was not pushy or one sided.
I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of a reliable and honest plumbing company! -

They took the time to explain everything and were so clean. When they left my house was spotless clean and I felt confident in the work they did. Thank you.

(September 10, 2018, 2:50 pm)They came out and did a home conversion for me from oil to natural gas. The pricing was fair compared with the 3 quotes I received for the amount of labor and time that was required for the job. If you go through NJ Natural Gas Savegreen program it will help with the costs of converting to a high efficiency tank less system. They arrived on schedule both days, and the work was clean and professional. It isn't cheap to convert a home, but hope to see the savings in the energy usage.
