  My favorite CrossFit group! The workouts are the right mix of strength and cardio - the crew is a friendly and supportive group of people - the trainers are terrific! Whenever my husband and I would visit my famiy in NJ, he would drop in to classes. Finally I joined him this last visit and I couldn't be happier.
  
  I highly recommend this CrossFit location!!!

  Amazing shed! In such a short period of attending it's already become an extended family. Commit and results will become obvious quickly.

  RedShed CrossFit is one of the 1st CrossFit affiliates in New Jersey, having opened in 2008. Head Trainer Pat Neill has years of experience in physical training, and is always seeking to further his knowledge and certifications, having recently begun the OPEX CCP. Coach Pat understands fitness, and where he elevates the Shed over other CrossFit boxes is that he knows how to teach pacing, so that the maximum benefits are gained in each workout. He passes this knowledge to the other coaches, as well. If you come into CrossFit with a deficiency, Pat and the other coaches will show you how to modify your workout so that you are still making gains. We’ve had several members, including myself, who are cancer survivors, and coming back to CrossFit after treatment was easy because of the coaches.
  
  There is no judgment as the Shed. We are a very caring, down to earth, and supportive community. No meatheads or screaming in your face. There are many younger members, as well as families at the Shed, and there is a room for the kids to hang out in while you work out. There is also a CrossFit Kids program. It is a workout environment unlike any other you’ve experienced.
  
  CrossFit has grown immensely over the past few years, with many new boxes opening in the Northern Morris & Sussex County area. We have a few members who have tried other CrossFit boxes, but after speaking with Pat have decided to come to the Shed; this illustrates Pat’s understanding of how to meet the needs of each member. You want to make the best choice for your health and wellness, and RedShed CrossFit is that place.

(973) 448-9200 I dropped in for a few classes a few months ago, and I have to say that this Box had the most down to earth, friendly and generous coaches/members. The Box itself if nestled in a gorgeous area and well kept.
