My 5 year old smashed his nose on his knee and began bleeding EVERYWHERE! The pediatrician said to take him to the ER to see if it was broken. Being a holiday weekend I wasn’t very excited. We decided to go here instead. Soooooo much better! From the second we walked in everyone was so nice! It was very scary for the little guy and his brother and they managed to make him relaxed. From a financial standpoint it saved me a $110 co-pay to miss a whole day of work sitting in the ER! I absolutely will be coming here from now on!!
Visited the urgent care office yesterday. My MD did not have office hours. What a great experience. The building is state of the art, clean and well maintained. The staff was just lovely and helpful. I saw Dr Mary Clare OKeefe who was excellent, and has years of ER experience. She ordered my blood work, ultrasound, X-ray and I had it all done in the Village, promptly and efficiently. She also gave me a CD with my X-ray on it. On the way out my husband picked up my prescription at the pharmacy. I am so impressed with the entire experience. Initially I was upset that my physician wasn’t available but after this I’m planning to go directly here for my family urgent care needs. Thank you Hackensack Meridian Health!
Facility is new and clean. Painless and easy experience. Checked in online and was in and out in 20 minutes, on a Sunday, during flu season. I'll go back.
