  I have been getting my oil changed for the past 5 years at the location where I have purchased my truck. Decide to give Jackson Firestone a try since I was no longer happy with the place I was going for years.
  I was very pleased on how I was treated and showed how bad my filter was ,looked like it never had been replaced from previous oil change .
  Thank you for your honesty, I will be coming back for any services my truck needs and will recommend for sure .

  My first time here and I’m now a customer for life! I was purchasing tires and Wayne suggested the expensive tires I wanted wasn’t the ones I should be getting! He explained why the lesser expensive tires were better for me!!
  I will now tell everyone I know that needs a mechanic that this is the place to go! Thank you Wayne for making sure I was safe!!????

  Went in for tires and found a more pressing concern. The service was very quick and fair priced. I am recommending them to everyone. Was loaned a car so i didn't have to wait for hours in the waiting room. Took less time than anticipated. I will go back there for all my needs.

  Great experience at Firestone. Customer service was great, prices are very fair, and the work was done quick. They didn't try and upsell me on anything which I liked very much.

  I walked into Firestone of Jackson today for a headlight, oil change & rotation of my tires. They were extremely nice. Mike took my car in right away. My car hasn’t been been driving good, especially on curves. He took me & showed me how bald my tires were. I was extremely upset because A few months ago I went to another auto repair shop and got tires & a wheel alignment. Obviously the alignment wasn’t done correctly. I am having Firestone order me tires, and I they will be my mechanics from today , on. They are extremely nice, honest, and very accommodating. Wayne the owner is very honest. He had his mechanic Pat examine the whole car and fixed all the things the other mechanic from Freehold that he claimed he fixed. My car is running like new, and his prices are very reasonable. If you need to find a shop for your car, look no further than Jackson Firestone. Thank you.
