I ordered a outdoor fire chiminea from Shop Chimney and the incorrect product was forwarded to me by them by mistake. Shop Chimney acknowledged their error, and even gave me the incorrect product at no charge which matched fairly closely the product that I wanted in the first place. This saved me the inconvenience of having to return the item...always a hassle.
