  Modular Closets was a delight to work with. I had my own idea about what I wanted, but when I talked to the rep he suggested that he send me 2 options, mine, and the one he would recommend. We went with his plan, and it has worked out perfectly. (Well, actually I mis-measured a wall so my husband had to cut down one of the units, and even that went smoothly). The product is high quality, and easy to put together. The enclosed instructions are not worth the paper they are printed on, but you can go online and get excellent instructions, diagrams, and even a video demo. I had to call the company a couple times, but each time was met with a pleasant voice, and someone who could answer my questions. I would recommend this quality company to everyone!!

  We are very pleased with the pieces we bought --well-designed quality materials that were easy to assemble. The result? The modules look good and work well.
  
  In the beginning, there were some minor problems with the shipment we received. However Customer Service did an excellent job of responding. Mostly, I dealt with Jay W. He listened, made sure he understood my issues, and took care of them promptly.
  
  Should the need arise, we will not hesitate to use Modular Closets again.

  We ordered several units for our master bedroom closet. They were shipped in a reasonable time frame. Assembly was very easy. The quality of the product is excellent. We are the envy of all the ladies in the neighborhood. We were so pleased that we ordered additional shelving units for our kitchen pantry. The adjustable shelves provided the needed flexibility for storage.
