  Had a recall on my vehicle. The service department got me in and out quickly. Staff was very friendly and attentive.

  This place brings the customer experience to the next level. Kim the sales manager, was so pleasant, Dan the GM made his self available, It was like we were family! The follow up to make sure no questions were unanswered was amazing! Thank you for making me a life long customer.

  I walked into the dealership with a good idea of what I was looking for. I needed a new vehicle with AWD capability for winter commuting. Bob helped he sort through my preferred options and set me up with a Chevy Equinox with AWD and plenty of other amenities. He went above and beyond to give me options that could potential lower my payments including having me test a model with the smaller 1.5l engine. Ultimately, I decided on the more expensive model but it was nice to have a salesman looking out for my interest rather then making the more lucrative sale.

  This was the most pleasant experience I've had purchasing a car. My salesperson, Todd Boucher, was patient and most concerned with getting me the truck that I wanted and not with the most expensive truck. Todd was knowledgeable about the truck and all of its features any really let the truck sell itself. Never once did I feel I was being pushed by an over aggressive salesperson. It's been a week and I'm very happy with my purchase. I will definitely come back to Pine Belt Chevrolet in the future.
