Joe, the owner of this business, went out of his way to help us after we were told by the Audi dealership that the reason our car roof wouldn't retract was because we had a broken strap. At no cost to us, Joe spent his own time researching the problem and determined it was an electrical failing. He recommended a nearby business that could help, stored our car for several nights, and personally delivered it to the specialty repair shop. We were really gratified to find someone so professional and caring about his customers.

This business has been around because of the time and attention payed to detail of customer's problem.My VW had issues with vinyl pulling away due to the convertible getting intense sunlight. I had gone to the VW dealer and they game me some song and dance to the tune of $2200. I was recommended Jamis Upholstery and I am thrilled that I brought my car. I can't tell you how happy I am and how wonderful my car looks!! Excellent job and thank you Soo much!!!

I am surprised at these negative reviews. I used this same shop about ten years ago for the soft canvas top on my Toyota Camry. The care then was just a year old and Toyota absolutely did a horrific job in it and would not honor a warranty. Jamis did such an incredible job that 11 years later it looks brand new. Never had one single glitch it, not a seam , not the glue, not the coloring , nothing. Could not recommend them enough.
They were fast, pleasant, and efficient.
