  Very Nice and Clean Hotel! About 6 city blocks from beach. Has a nice pool and AC works great. I would definitely recommend.

  Location and value we're great. The entire property is extremely clean too. Biggest complaint is the quality of the beds. They aren't good. Overall a 4/5 because I like a good night's sleep but it's really the biggest drawback.

  Acceptable motel that is one block away from the boardwalk. Centralized location makes it easy to go to the beach or into town for other dining options. Has an outdoor pool and parking lot.

  This is our first time ever staying here, and we couldn't be happier. The rooms are very clean, the pool is nice and heated, the staff is super accommodating, we are right across the street from all the rides on the boardwalk, and most of all very family friendly prices! We came down on a Thursday and got in around 10 a.m. They gave us our beach passes and let us park at the motel. Then they called us as soon as our room was ready to come up and check in. They're in the business of keeping families comfortable and happy. Couldn't ask for a nicer place to stay for our vacation. We will absolutely be back!

  If all you require is the bare minimum, don't waste your time trying to find a better value. Free parking 1 block from the boardwalk and Jenkinson's. The rooms are clean, A/C good, microwave (no coffee), fridge, TV, free beach passes, and the pool is well-maintained. Beds are tolerable. I find it easier to book by phone. The kids and their mom enjoy coming back.
