  5 stars Let me start by saying I have a 90 pound American bulldog. He is very difficult to deal with out of his environment and has recently shown aggression. I was not prepared with a proper muzzle for him before his appointment. I bought 4 different ones non fit him. So they gave me one that did but he was able to get it off. Anyway he was acting like a complete lunatic and I had no control of him. I went back inside and tried to reschedule until I could find a proper muzzle. Instead of turning me away, these ladies took charge and helped figure a way to get him safely inside. They were amazing! They went out of their way for us. They even cut his nails. They lady vet (I never got her name) even sat down with me to talk about his issues and gave sound advice. They gave me recommendations for trainers. I would definitely recommend them. They were caring professional and really knew what they were doing. I can’t thank them enough for caring about my dog and his well being. I feel most places would have turned us away.

  I have had over 10 pets over 25 years. They have spayed/neutered each one of them. I have never had a problem. They were clean and very helpful with the process. I would not go anywhere else. And for the record my Vet wanted $750.00 for the same procedure.

  They do a important service for cheap. Basic level service, don't come here if you expect to have your animal stay monitered over night or if you expect to have any crazy pampering. But they do good, clean work, and you can tell the staff really cares.
  
  You have to look past the run down, animal smelling appearance. They are rescue group focused, which is great. They are not doing this for the money, but because it is such an important service that every pet owner should be able to afford.

  I literally have no clue what half these people are talking about. I took two of my cats there and the front desk people were very nice, explained everything to me and even told me to call back in a few hours to get an update on my kitties to let me know how they’re soing and adjusting. Went back the next day to pick them up as they were still nice, my cats are doing good, and there are / were no issues at all. Will be coming back for future animals.
