Health and Motion Physical Therapy

Health and Motion PT is a great place to have physical therapy after surgery or an injury. RJ Chua carefully designs a plan for each client...working with me to figure out what my goals were and helping to achieve them. It's truly an individual approach...most of my time at Health and Motion is spent in one-on-one work with RJ. I'm rehabbing after a total knee replacement, and have made great strides after 2 weeks of therapy at Health and Motion. I highly recommend using Health and Motion in North Haledon for physical therapy, and plan on telling all of my friends to give Dr. RJ Chua a call for any PT needs.

My home health aid recommended this physical therapy place to me , and I couldn’t be happier. Everyone there , workers and clients are extremely friendly and professional. I’m extremely satisfied with progress of my rehabilitation..and will continue to recommend to all my family & friends

I can not say enough great things about this place! I worked with (Owner/Physical Therapist) RJ after a car accident a couple of years ago and my recovery was amazing to me and all who knew me. I had shoulder surgery in November and made the mistake of going somewhere else. I returned to Health and Motion Physical Therapy and I am gaining full function back. You never feel rushed and you always feel listened to and cared for. I highly recommend checking it out!

I am very impressed by this local PT office that specializes in one on one treatment. During this uncertain time, it’s comforting to receive individual care. Sessions are generous in length and Dr. RJ listens to my concerns and responds appropriately.

What a great experience I had going to physical therapy at Health and Motion Physical Therapy. All sessions were done by RJ, the owner, and he was able to provide individualized focus on my treatment. The knowledge he imparted helped me to understand what he was doing and why it was being done. I can’t say enough about my PT experience. To top it off, I feel so much better.
